I've never been a fan of Twitter either and said I wouldn't use it, but I just installed a twitter app on my phone. Seems like it's a pretty good way to keep up with news right as it happens. Now I just need some gaming industry folks to follow. I already have PS Blog, IGN, and Major Nelson.
Here's the actual Twitter link: http://twitter.com/jakespla...
If that PSP leak truly was intentional, then Sony is not playing. They'd have to be extremely confident in their E3 showing to do that.
I wonder how many people are going to lose their job at Sony today.
Does it really matter what MS puts into the next Zune? Though I've always thought the device was great from my limited experience with it, the "Zune" brand name has pretty much been tarnished in the public eye for years now. Nothing is going to change with this new device. MS is going to have to think far outside of the box to offer any actual competition to the iPod. The screen, HD Radio, and movie downloads aren't going to do it.
Me and a friend saved up to buy his brother Pokemon Snap as a birthday gift. So, we gave it to him at his birthday party and he beat the game while the party was still going on.....I'm sure he didn't unlock everything, but it sure was disappointing to see the credits roll that quickly.
Just saw the Infamous commercial on TV. I'm glad Sony went back to the old format with the robotic voice that says "Playstation" at the end. But to be on topic...um Infamous has nice graphics.
You probably would have really hated the true ending from the graphic novel then. Though I do think it made more sense than the movie ending, the general audience likely wouldn't care for it/understand it.
Nintendo is before Sony on June 2.
I think MS definitely has some tricks up their sleeves. These past couple of weeks going into E3, everything seems like it's been going perfectly for Sony. If just half of the rumors turn out to be true, Sony crushes the competition. I just don't think MS has been resting on their laurels this past year waiting for all this to happen. They have some things coming, but this year their major announcement can't simply be a multiplatform title.
This, along with Persona 3 FES, are must-haves for any JRPG fan. Atlus also just released Devil Summononer 2, which comes in such nice packaging, that I didn't want to open it:

I wasn't complaining and I don't see where the disagrees come from when what I stated is fact. Sprint's recent marketing blitz that started not too long ago is all to help them change up their image for when the Pre arrives.
This is Sprint's attempt to get everyone on PSN to buy a Palm Pre whenever the heck it comes out.
As will I, at 22. Can't wait.
Lack of a DVD player and the Sony hype-machine steamrolled the Dreamcast. Along with tons of other debatable factors.
Dreamcast was actually extremely easy to program. You could just use C. It was very ahead of its time though. It had online chat in some games, the best memory card ever invented, Phantasy Star Online, a web browser, and an actual online network (Seganet). Things that took Sony and MS some time to get right.
Nokia doesn't seem to have any kind of presence here in the US anymore, but they're huge overseas. The last time I saw someone with a Nokia phone was like 1999 lol. With smartphones really catching on in North America, they're gonna have to reinvent themselves in some way, here, if they want to stop some of that cash from going into Apple and RIM's hands.
It should have when they have a buy one get one deal on the Blackberry...Not to mention, some people are waiting until next month to purchase an iPhone in case new hardware is announced.
Wow, I didn't even know this had been announced. Me and my sister still play the SNES version sometimes, so this will be a must-have.
Uhhh, no. If I were closed-minded, I wouldnt have just spent money on their product a few hours ago. I'm not a fan of the way Apple overcharges for most of their devices, but I don't feel this is the case with the iPhone. If I feel something is worth my money, I'm going to purchase it regardless of its manufacturer. We all have companies we like and dislike for various reasons.
Exactly. The Pirates of the Caribbean blu-ray bitrate reaches 50mbps at times. You're not going to be downloading 6+ MB/s on a 10Mb connection to keep up with a stream like that. This service won't offer fully uncompressed 1080p. It'll probably be 1080p with extremely low bitrates.
